Description
- Guru Gobind Singh Jayanti is also known as the Prakash Parv of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the tenth Sikh Guru. In December or January, Guru Gobind Singh’s birth anniversary falls.
- A spiritual leader, warrior, poet, philosopher and poet, Gobind Rai was the tenth Guru of the Sikhs. In response to his father’s refusal to convert to Islam, Guru Tegh Bahadur became the guru and protector of the Sikhs at the age of nine. Guru Gobind Ji led the Sikh group through his education and philosophy and soon gained historical significance.
